Frontiir’s Legal and Corporate Affairs (“Frontiir Legal”) bagged top finalist recognitions in three categories and the coveted In-House Lawyer of the Year Award (Technology) at the 20th Annual Asian Legal Business (“ALB”) SE Asia Law Awards held last 17 May 2024 in Singapore.
On their first participation in the prestigious ALB SE Law Awards, Frontiir Legal emerged as a top finalist in three categories, namely, In-House Team of the Year (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), Compliance and Risk Management In-House Team of the Year, and Data Privacy and Protection Lawyer of the Year – Legal Manager Yukiko, while Frontiir’s General Counsel and Vice-President of Legal and Corporate Affairs, Al-Shwaid de Leon Ismael (“Shwaid”), was declared as the winner in the In-House Counsel of the Year (Technology) award category. As announced during the awarding ceremony, ALB received over 200 entries in the in-house categories this year.
